Shipping and Returns
ORDER PROCESSING and DELIVERY:
All of our products are handmade with most of them being made to order. This ensures you have the freshest product possible with the longest shelf-life possible. As such, order processing is 2-5 business days. Once you place an order, you will be notified via email that your order is in process. You will again be notified when your order is ready for pick up or delivery.
The method of product delivery is selected by you at the time of checkout. Shipped orders are posted via UPS per their posted shipping rates and delivery schedules. Shipping charges are estimated at the time of checkout. If the shipping charges are over/underestimated, we will notify you by email and your credit card will be credited/debited accordingly. Free shipping applies to orders over $99 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
REFUND POLICY:
We offer a 100% guarantee on our products. If, for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, we will replace it at no cost to you (other than the shipping cost), with a product of equal dollar value.
